Erin Ardleigh is the founder and president of Dynama Insurance. She has worked in the insurance industry since 2002 and founded Dynama Insurance in 2014. Her aim is to help her clients feel educated and empowered when purchasing their insurance.
Erin personally oversees each client’s plan design and says that the best part of her job is meeting smart, successful people. Erin is passionate about helping other business people, especially women. Erin serves on the Board of Directors for the Estate Planning Council of NYC. Women Unlimited, Inc. selected Erin to mentor women executives participating in their leadership development programs. Dynama Insurance hosts educational seminars for advisors and Erin has spoken at several professional organizations, including the Estate Planning Councils of NYC and the Hudson Valley. She has been quoted in Forbes, CNBC, Money, Barron’s, Kiplinger, NerdWallet, Fox Business News, S&P Global, Nasdaq.com and other media.
Erin has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication and Culture from the City University of New York (CUNY). She lives in Manhattan, where she tries to keep up with the city’s culinary and artistic happenings. Erin has served as a member of the Advisory Board of the World Music Institute, which brings musicians from around the world to perform in NYC. A lifelong passion for travel has led Erin across all seven continents. She finds that traveling and running a successful business have much in common – planning, listening, continual learning and last minute problem solving when the unexpected happens!

Leslie helps all Dynama clients maintain their insurance policies. Whether they need to update their address or schedule a full policy review, she makes sure that they have what they need. She also administers our concierge services, designed for clients that want an extra level of assistance. Leslie joined Dynama in 2017. Prior to insurance, Leslie worked in commercial real estate and in the TV and broadcasting industry. When she’s not at her desk, you will find Leslie visiting a New York City museum, relaxing in the Caribbean, or exploring her favorite city – Paris.
Meghan ensures that the underwriting process goes smoothly for our clients. From the time that each client starts an application to the time their policy is issued, she monitors the entire process and guides the client through each step. She also oversees the underwriting and medical records teams. Meghan is Erin’s younger sister, and has worked with her in the insurance industry for 10+ years. Meghan is also a trained chef and loves to cook and bake.
